NIKMI's main activity is design and construction of residential, office and multifunctional buildings, and the related infrastructure.

At the moment, more than 100 people are working in the Company on full-time basis.

The Company is certified by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber to carry out the following activities:

• Construction of high-rise buildings - from 2nd to 5th category, with their related infrastructure and electric supply facilities.
• Construction of transportation infrastructure projects - 3rd to 4th category.
• Civil engineering projects, hydro-technical structures, environmental projects - 2nd and 3rd category.
